The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa

The Westin Sohna Resort and SPA is around an hr drive from Gurgaon.We checked in for a day for a family Celebration..Naitik at the front desk was courteous to upgrade us to a Family Studio..The room was spacious but a bit dated in comparison to other new properties . The food is excellent..Chef Pritam And Birendra along with Ranjana and Suraj took the utmost care that our culinary experience at the hotel is a memorable one..Nandan went all the way to give us an extended 4 pm check-out..all in all a very family friendly place

Cycles kept in the resort are very old, rusted and most of them are broken. They should be changed or repaired properly. The cow and its calf are tied with a tiny rope all day long and cannot even walk even in their own shed. It’s quite saddening to see that. The cow care taker bhaya should make sure the cows get to walk at least. However all The rest of the animals are well taken off and well kept. Their care taker bhaya is excellent and has been there since 19 yrs at the resort. Overall, Excellent kind staff at the hotel. Great food and exceptional hospitality. I have stayed there many times and got great service. Special reference to a few excellent people at the resort. Chinese chef Sien Ching at the Spa Manish Rizwan Thanks 🙏 for always making our stay comfortable.

The overall ambiance and facilities were excellent.

The conduct of the service staff and especially Chef Jaspal Singh was not up to the expected standards for a property of Westin's caliber. It would be beneficial for him to improve his demeanor if he wishes to continue his employment here, or perhaps consider alternative employment. We made a conscious effort to manage our emotions and maintain composure to avoid any disruption, as we did not wish for our leisure time to be negatively impacted by their actions. However, I felt it was important to bring this to your attention so that the hotel management can address this matter for future guests.

Delhi to Gurgaon stays have always felt a bit pricey and ordinary to me — but Westin Sohna, you proved me completely wrong! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home wrapped in luxury. A special shoutout to Runjhana ma’am, whose beautiful smile and warmth made every guest feel like family. Chef Pratap deserves all the appreciation for personally ensuring everyone enjoyed their meals — his passion for food and hospitality truly shows in every bite. And Rakesh, the animal caretaker, was an absolute delight — the way he shared stories and details about each animal made us all fall in love with them even more! 🐴🐒🐕 From countless activities to serene surroundings, scrumptious food, and staff who make you feel genuinely cared for — this stay was a perfect mix of peace and fun. Westin Sohna, you’ve redefined what a weekend escape should feel like — heartfelt, happy, and homely. 🌸✨ Thanks for making my kids birthday super special

We’ve been to The Westin Sohna several times, but this visit truly stood out! There’s a noticeable improvement in the food — absolutely superb this time. Special mention to the Sikh chef at the restaurant who ensured every dish was perfect. The resort is amazing for families and kids — activities include go-karting, horse riding (slow trot only due to hard surface), paintball shooting, obstacle course, cycling, swimming, football, table tennis, basketball, and lawn tennis. Kids especially loved the guinea pigs, birds, and ducks. The evening high tea was delightful, and golf carts make it easy to move between villas and other areas. Overall, a wonderful, activity-filled getaway for families with kids. Truly a memorable stay this time!

Everything was simply amazing. I must appreciate Ms Ranjana. She is a superhuman. Her positive aura and service made our stay worth every penny. She deserves a raise.
