Ubicación y habitación podría decir solamente haciendo mucho esfuerzo para encontrar algo bueno.

El Gran Hotel Pucón supo ser una insignia de exclusividad y lujo para disfrutar de una estancia en uno de los más lindos lugares de nuestra Patagonia. Para ser más preciso, yo lo tenía en mis recuerdos semejante al Llao Llao de Bariloche. Lamentablemente… hoy; Enjoy Hotel desvirtuó todo lo lindo que tenía esta instalación y la convirtió en un lugar nacional y popular, donde cualquiera puede entrar y pasar a las instalaciones como si fuera huésped convirtiéndose en un club social. Vi durante mi estadía desprolijidad en el check in, frigo bar cerrado con llave (pedí que me lo abrieran y nadie fue a hacerlo), desayuno muy flojo para ser 5 estrellas (no tenían opciones de café expreso que siempre solicito con valor aparte ni leches vegetales), turnos para las piletas como si todavía estuviésemos en pandemia, y los más triste de todo, una especie de evento de danza de varios clubes que coparon todo el sábado desde la mañana temprano todo el hotel perjudicando la tranquilidad que buscaba en mi estadía. Una impresión que lamentablemente no voy a volver a vivir.

EN LA PUBLICACION DECIA PISCINAS CLIMATIZADAS Y EL AGUA ESTABA HELADA, NO PUDIMOS HACER USO DE ELLAS, FUIMOS A OTRA QUE ESTABA UN POQUITO MAS TEMPERADA PERO ESTABA OCUPADA POR UN GRUPO QUE HACIA CLASES DE NATACION , LO MALO ESQUE NOS VENDIERON EL GORRO DE BAÑO ANTES DE SABER DE ESTO, ENTONCES COMPRAMOS UN GORRO DE BAÑO SIN PODER SIQUIERA USARLO. CREO QUE DEBERIAN INFORMAR ANTES LA TEMPERATURA DER LAS PISCINAS, ASI NO COMETEMOS EL ERROR.
