la ubicación, la remodelación de las instalaciones, buen desayuno, personal muy amable de hotelería, piscina y restaurant.

el recepcionista muy poco afable, la comida ( huevo y palta sintéticos), poca variedad de lacteos paran intolerantes a la lactosa o veganos. La piscina para niños es muy poco temperada y se encuentra en el exterior. No dejan ingresar a los niños pequeños con sus padres al spa.

Ubicación, desde el 2013 que me alojo aquí cada vez que voy a Pucon

Han bajado mucho el nivel, si bien es cierto el hotel esta remodelado en sus habitaciones, no comprendo como el agua de las piscinas temperadas es tan FRIA, estando una bajo techo y la otra al intemperie, antes estaba techada y era exquisita, calentita, ahora es para morir de Hipotermia! PESIMO!
