Sheraton Ningbo Hotel

A great hotel for business travelers. Clean room, good breakfast and convenient location.

The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room. I stayed at a Club Room on 27th floor. There were not enough lightings along the windows causing me to struggle to pack up my bags at night.

Always book this hotel when in Shanghai. Good location in safe area. Enough shops around the hotel. Fancy shops, Gucci, Burberry etc. Employees are very helpful. Good variety of food at breakfast. Hotel rooms are spacious. My room had an Nespresso

Currently in China on a business trip. We’ve always stayed here as it’s convenient, well priced etc. Generally it’s a nice - clean enough, cheap. However, we returned to our room yesterday after an insanely busy day working and it absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke! As non smokers this was horrid. We were far too tired to complain and then have to be moved and it was only for one night. Really left a sour taste at the end of the stay though! Heaven knows who was smoking in our room though!!

This hotel is my home away from home. I have stayed there numerous times and the staff have always been great. I always feel welcome and comfortable.

I recently just spent 7 nights here for a business trip. Overall, I was very pleased with this choice of hotel. The hotel is a bit "dated", but is clean and well-maintained. What really made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. Of note, I would recognize both Bella and Rose for going "above and beyond" for providing assistance, answering questions, and taking care of additional requests I had during my stay. The breakfast buffet food is very impressive and delicious. Although I would say the coffee machines were not great and could use some improvements. My room was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Wifi worked great and the lounge in the evening was a nice perk of being a Bonvoy elite member. Next time I am in Ningbo I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I like the location, friendly and professional staff and there is taxi to the door. The dinner with steak, sauce and greens was cooked good

I think rooms are starting to look a bit old. Restaurant on ground floor was the only open, and some tables and chairs were worn down, so we my dinner partner and -i had to change table and also had to change a chair, because the seat was obviously broken, so I sad very low. These kinds of thing can just not accour on a 5 star hotel.

Initial opinion, arrived late last night, so difficult to give a full opinion. The staff told me they upgraded our room, normally in my mind when Hotel tells you, you’ve upgraded its downgrade actually. The room is clean old-fashioned, but in reasonably good condition . I am a little bit disappointed over a few items Where is new international socket available in the room? I guess it was refurbished a long time ago. I did, however, find a universal charger, but it didn’t function had some sort of keypad on it, and a QR code, not a clue how to use it as it was all in Chinese The bathroom locked, some of the common amenities that most hotels in Ningbo provide free of charge face lotion, all they have is sharing bottles of shampoo and conditioner. As I arrive last night quite late, I looked in the minibar for a Coca-Cola, but alas, nothing in there completely empty. There was a menu of what you could take, but they hadn’t bothered filling it up. Apart from the room, the lobby is very nice, spacious not had breakfast yet, but a little bit confusion over that as well Would I stay here again possibly yes, but I would be better prepared
