We enjoyed our second stay at the Ningbo Sheraton very much!! From check in to check out, very enjoyable! We had a clean and gorgeous room with a great view of the city lights!! We especially enjoyed our time in the Executive Lounge each evening.. William and the staff were so attentive and paid attention to every detail. We would come back, just to visit them again. Thank you all, for the wonderful stay😊

After 4 years, I returned to this hotel and was pleasantly surprised that it still provides excellent and high quality service. The staffs at the club lounge were friendly and courteous. The foods at breakfast and happy hour were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

I have stayed here many times before Covid. First time back and all guests are now Chinese and not many staff speak English. only one choice of white wine and it's too sweet for me. Italian restaurant still good and executive lounge. Shangri-la hotel is now a better choice.

Centrally located always my first choice . Recommended to book the lounge access to have more choices also for international travellers. Roomsand service are nice and in waking distance many attractions can be seen. Next time I will stay here again

The front desk personnel are simply amazing. It's the best I have encountered in all my travels in China. I got a nice upgrade to a suite. Rooms are a bit dated but very well kept. The only reason I am not giving a 5/5 rating is because of the breakfast room. It is situated in the lobby and the temperature was so hot that I could not sit there for more than 10 minutes. It made for a very uncomfortable breakfast.
