We had another excellent stay here for my son's 9th birthday. Among all the Ningbo hotels, this has always been our favourite. Although a little older than others, the staff her have always been exceptional. Our most recent stay was no different: the outstanding staff outdid themselves with a beautiful suite for us (SNA applied and accepted), and balloons, lights and a birthday cake for a very happy 9-year-old! I don't know how many times we stayed here in 2023, but certainly more than ten. It has been one of our favourite for a long time, and continues to be so. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. It has been a great experience with my recent stay at Sheraton, coming back after 3 years, with new family member. The service was really fascinating. Food and drink at lounge were super. And it’s great to see the updates from here and there in the room. Ningbo Sheraton will always be at top of my list when visiting the area.

It’s a nice clean hotel, it’s very international and is opposite a number of western bars. I would recommend it my only discontentment is the breakfast they don't really offer a basic Western breakfast its very much a Chinese spread. No scrambled egg Bake beans are not good wrong taste and cold No Western sausage No mushrooms ( most days ) Bacon not good deep fried rubber No black pudding Tomatoes very strange Maybe worth training one staff in western breakfast and have a separate section

Book an executive room with use of the executive lounge with free drinks at 4.30 to 8pm. Thanks to Williiam in the exec lounge who looked after me big time. Since covid very few western guests at the hotel. This has resulted in new staff and hardly any speaking English. Thats the same for all the hotels we visited on this two week trip. The hotel was very quiet with no live music that used to be here before. Slightly cheaper than the Shangrilla.
