Great location in Ningbo’s CBD, close to bars restaurants and amenities- 15min by bus to the Railway station. Staff are all awesome, emailing me in advance to welcome me, arranged cake for my bday, organised a lovely Exec Club Level Room with amazing views. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service and food/ drink quality in the Exec Lounge was outstanding - special shout-out to William and the other lovely ladies smiling their way through the evening happy hour. We loved our stay and would love to come come back, highly recommended

This hotel is the true number 1 of Ningbo 5 star hotels. Same as 13 years ago when I came to Ningbo for the 1st time and today when I stay with my family. The staff here are just exceptional. They make the whole difference. From the sales team, guest service, consiege, housekeeping and fnb...... I don't know how come the team here is so positive and welcoming. There must be something special for sheraton Ningbo. Especially recommended when you stay more than a few nights. To see the real comfort of this place.

Although the decor and furniture is a bit dated, it is still a very clean and good hotel. Great breakfast spread as well. Good for business stay as there are lots of open space for discussions and short distance to tourist places as well. They have a good indoor heated swimming pool which is awesome.
