This Hilton needs help!!! Air conditioner out in front lobby. Floors in elevator and hallways didn’t look like they have been cleaned in weeks. There was food in my non-working refrigerator left from last guest. Chair in room was so dirty and stained that In would not sit on it! Disgusting

Great Stay with a Few Minor Issues Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, particularly the lobby, which made a great first impression. My room was comfortable, though the carpet could use a little cleaning, and I did notice a stray eyelash on the sheets that wasn’t mine. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. Parking was convenient, and I felt confident that my vehicle was safe in the lot. One thing to note is that breakfast isn’t included in the room rate. It’s a buffet-style setup that looks decent, but at $15 for adults and $10 for kids, it didn’t seem to offer anything significantly different from what other hotels provide complimentary. Given that my one-night stay, including a pet fee, came to $274, I was surprised that breakfast wasn’t part of the package. I assume it may be due to the size of the hotel and the logistics of serving all guests. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall atmosphere and service.

This property should not be operating in the current condition of the building. Leaky HVAC, bugs falling out of the vents on to beds, rusted showers, poor quality control & maintenance, pee stains on the mattresses with no zipper covers, stained linens, musty, moist air in the rooms, broken A/C, NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS... the list just kept growing. This needs to be shut down for renovation. It is a disgrace to the Hilton brand.
