Hilton Garden Inn West Monroe

A/C wasn’t the best, flat pillows. We were charged twice for breakfast, once when we made the reservation and again when we went down to eat!!

Great place to stay.

Toilet didn’t work and roaches on the wall.

The smell was so bad. The hallway carpets were so dirty the room had pee in the toilet the desk chair had never been washed or dusted and the mirrors were not clean . Went to dinner and came back to hotel and of course my key didnt work. I will never stay at a hilton and couldnt do nothing because i had booked third party

the property was close to restaurants and other amenities. Since it was a Hilton, I would have assumed the building and rooms would have been in better condition. It could use an update. Other wise it was fine.

Bath tub was filthy and stained

Our room was clean and comfortable! Very safe and quiet place to stop for the night! Breakfast was not included which was a bit confusing, but overall it was a great experience. USB chargers available in room. Lots of amenities for your convenience in the room.

This was horrible! We’ve stayed at a number of Hilton Garden Inns and have had great experiences. This one however was dirty and falling apart. The water was brown (which the staff said was because of the city?), so had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The plumbing was bad and it took a long time to get hot water, dirty furniture and carpets in the hallway and room, air conditioning broken in the lobby, monument sign in front of the property was laying on the ground, rusty tub, heavy “skunk weed” smell in the hallway and the bar and restaurant were sub-par as compared to other Hilton Garden Inns. I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews. I would not recommend the hotel at all, in fact Hilton should close this location!

The room was dirty the bed covers had a foul odor. When asked at desk to get clean bed covers and pillows told none were available. Also no housekeeping this was very unacceptable. I am not willing to pay 300$ a night for a 20$ a night hotel room. I will be filing a formal complaint with National Hotel Systems so this Hotel chain will be held accountable for this egregious act . I will be filing a complaint with my credit card carrier to recoup my money that is basically being stolen from my account. I had been coming to this hotel since it opened and have steadily watched the decline of a hotel that is a very bad place to stay.

Toilet didn’t work, water came out of the faucet yellow, front desk staff was rude. Laundry facilities did not work, and a dog in the room next to me barked the entire time I was there. Hands down worst Hilton I have ever been to.
