We got there. It took 20 minutes to Check-in when we got up to the room. It wasn't really clean. It didn't have any toilet paper. I had to go downstairs and get toilet paper. The phone didn't work. We had to go downstairs to get towels. And the next day we didn't even get any towels until that night. The pool was horrible. Everything about the hotel was horrible. I didn't get my deposit back yet. Still, I've never stayed at a hotel that I didn't get my deposit back when I left it was a horrible experience. My kids didn't even have fun. Couldn't even swim in the pool. There was so much chlorine in there and it was dirty all around the pool. Dirty towels everything and the staff didn't seem to care that we didn't have towels or anything. It was a horrible experience. I've tried to call and talk to the manager and they won't even call me back.

Location Maybe price before additions

Very noisy on 4th floor, loud doors slamming until after 1:00 am. Next door was definitely very loud. Also breakfast was included with my package and there was nothing but bread left. Front desk nicely explained big crowd, but that is no excuse when you pay extra.😞

"Easy to get to but not a prime Hilton property"

The staff was very professional and polite.

The property is old and in disrepair. It did not live up to my expectations of a Hilton property in any way. The room we’d reserved was given away to another party, so we were reassigned another floor/room. We were promised compensation for the inconvenience, and while some of what was promised did happen, we’re still waiting to see if they follow through to completion.
