"Worst hotel stay I've ever had. I will never go back to this place."

Location was good. Re breakfast see next comment.

There were cockroaches!!! The place smelled like tobacco smoke (ugh!) despite my wishes for a non-smoking room. The night desk person was an idiot who almost led me to try a different Baymont hotel because he couldn't find my reservation, using my nickname "Art" to search instead of either part of my full name of Arthur Boley. Luckily he eventually figured out how to search properly, just as I was leaving. There was no breakfast for a reason that was not at all clear. They gave me bureaucratic gobbledygook to explain why it would only be available in the next day or two. The whole place was quite run-down. As I said at the desk, they don't believe in investing to make the place nice.

"NEVER AGAIN"

Bugs, room smelled smoky, people hanging out and talking loud, door did not close properly and could not be secured, police were called looking for person I'm assuming we saw management trying to get off property , property looked nothing like what I saw online, needs to be advertised as extended stay instead of hotel

I didn't like it at all i felt unsafe ppl smoking outside the room was filthy and roaches.

I don't like that I didn't stay the full week and I still haven't received my refund what the heck
