Roaches in the room- crawling on/in toilet, on bed, sink, table and floors-especially bathroom. Shower had mold& mildew on walls and along the tub. Electrical outlets were uncovered and open which is mostly likely how the roaches are gaining entry into the room. This place is a roach infested dope trap.

Roaches was everywhere.

This is the worst place I have ever seen in America. They are cheating us and you! It is called Baymont, and it's not a hotel. It's named Days-Inn, too, but it's worse than a motel! There are big roaches on step. Small roaches are in room! The elevator is not working. The stairs are very dirty, dark and broken. Smoking smell is in the corridor and room. Emergency Exit had to be used as Entry. Every time this entry closing made a big "Ping"! The non-smoking room is very smoky. It caused headaches and I couldn't sleep! Booked with breakfast, but they did not provide it! Defect Curtain. Dirty floor. Washing materials were missing. Bad location, unsafe, dirty and very noisy! Booking.com booked $91.16 from me, but there is only $73.80 on their invoice. They are cheating the city, too! You must take a look at this place! They are cheating not only the clients/visitors but Booking.com, too. For such a bad experience, I need a 100% refund. This place should be delisted from baymont chain, in order to prevent others from the same bad experienced I had.
