"Roaches"

Roaches roaches roaches…ratchet.. I have videos but it doesn’t allow me to add them. We had a horrible experience! Could not turn lights out because the “roaches came out”. It was reported but everyone acted as if it was a moral thing and no big deal. I spent money on food that got contaminated by roaches trying to have their own meal!

The Location was excellent for the purpose of my visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and met expectations

I did not like that the elevator was out of order. My entry card repeatedly would not work either to enter the floor or the room. The stairway could use better cleaning.
