All but two of the staff acted like we were a total inconvenience and kept repeatedly asking when we would be checking out starting the night we we got there. It was generally just weird and half the time there was a hostile vibe like they acted like we didn’t belong there and I tried to be optimistic and give the benefit of the doubt that it was just them having a bad day but it continued to the point where it kinda ruined part of our trip and I won’t be going back.

The staff are top-notch. And I mean everyone. Housekeeping kept up with the room wonderfully during our stay, and the valet team was always quick and courteous. Everyone, down to the restaurant staff and front desk, was so kind and helpful.

The air flow was not great in the hotel room. It was quite stuffy for sleeping.
