Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Our room on the 12th floor was a nice size and the bathroom was very large, the water pressure was wonderful and the soap, shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. The sheets were a very good quality and were great to sleep on, the mattress wasn’t great but we still slept well. The restaurant Flint in the foyer was okay, decent servings, the service was great and there was a good selection of food and a lovely fire in the back.

Clean luxurious room. Great staff especially the 2 at the valet. Complimentary waters upon arrival and departure. Great location.

A historic property with lots of marble and wrought iron. Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff. Across the street from beautiful botanical gardens and an easy walk to the convention center.

The room was extremely damp and smelled like mold. If it wasn’t for that, the staff was great and pretty hotel but the smell really made enjoying the room difficult.
