"Comfortable, centrally located hotel"

We stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Oklahoma. The hotel is centrally located in Oklahoma City, overlooking the beatiful Myriad Gardens - wish we had the time to visit. It's a beautifully restored building from the glorified oil days of the city. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was just fine, clean, and amenities are good. Valets directed my husband to the nearby garage for parking.

"Worthwhile and enjoyable"

The restaurant was fantastic, food was well prepared and all staff were attentive, professional, and kind! The front office staff were great and went above and beyond, same for the Valet service. All valet staff were amazing and treated everyone coming in and out of the hotel with kindness. Although we did not interact with housekeeping or maintenance the rooms are well maintained and extremely clean. We felt comfortable and happy to have chosen this facility.

Due to a system update my daughter and I were not able to gain access to a room key. At one point, after dinner we had to wait in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes for the front office staff to escort us as he had to wait for his coworker to return. He was kind and although a bit frustrating it was not terrible.

Staff was wonderful! Hotel decor was beautiful and room was very spacious!!!! Some construction in the area was a little unsightly but not the hotel’s fault of course. Botanical gardens right across the street.
