"Won’t be back to stay here."

Location was good.

Carpet in the room was filthy dirty! Someone had a cat in the room prior to us and the bed linen smelled like cat urine! We had to ask for new linens and remake the bed in order to sleep.

The bed was not bad. The front desk was pleasant

Breakfast was not great. Hot tub wasn't heated. Doors from the parking lot don't work. Hot water was challenging. TV was difficult

"Everything was good."

THEY FIXED THE HOT TUB!!! I have nothing bad to say about it. Staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly, breakfast was good, the room was fairly clean (no major complaints) and the pool and hot tub were excellent. There's plenty of food places within walking distance and I've never felt "unsafe" there either. Best stay I've had. Can't wait to do it again.

Cleanliness could be improved upon a bit but it seems like it's really come a long way over the last couple years. I really have nothing bad to say about it.

"Very Good"

Location. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms are not very sound proof, we were at the end of the hall and could hear the ice machine being used, and the stairwell door slammed. We could also hear people running up and down the hall. It's right off the highway so you could also hear the traffic. The breakfast was less than ideal. There was plenty to eat. However, it's was the same thing every day, no variety. Our hair dryer in the room was broken.
