The beds were comfortable, the room appeared clean. It was quiet.

The INDOOR Pool was infested with mosquitoes, left after a few minutes covered in bites. Told the front desk via text and did not receive response.

The hot tub was great . When I got back to my rooms the trash was not taken out. The beds were not striped down for clean bed sheets. Went down to front desk to let them know. About 20 min later cleaning came cleaned my room. Asking for refund of 401.08

Expedia rejected my card even though it was fully funded and valid. I was providing lodging for someone. I wanted to do it digitally but unfortunately I end up having to go to the motel and pay them in person. Not too happy.
