Bed was comfortable

Our TV did now work when we got into the room, had to hook it all back up, there is a strong odor in the hallways and elevators and we had zero hot water at 6:30 am when we went to shower.

We stayed here for KU parents weekend because there were no hotels closer to Lawrence when we booked. Because there was also a race, the price was ridiculous. $885 for two nights. Yet for our nearly thousand dollar stay, we did not have an ounce of warm water for the entire duration of our stay. We tried showering in the morning and in the evening and never once had warm water. I let the front desk know about the problem, for which I was issued a brief apology, nothing else. He also let me know that it was a continuous problem that had been serviced the day before. If you know you have an issue with hot water, and a guest notes it’s an issue during their stay, some type of refund is warranted. I do not recommend.

AC vent was disgusting.

Great place to stay for the Renaissance Fair. It is a very short drive from the fair. Restaurants are nearby. The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Staff were great. Room was very good and clean. Bed was ok. The hallways had a smell but room was fine. Breakfast was very good.

The hot tub and pool were amazing. Great bed. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel and conveniently located. Breakfast was just okay, but everything else was great!

The property looks nice on the outside but the room smelled and the restroom was not in good shape. The tub was chipped in a few places and the pipes going into the toilet were rusty and there was a hole in the wall behind the toilet. The exhaust fan did not work well and we could not open the window because it was sealed with a board and there was no screen on the windows. With a little investment, this place could be really nice.
