"Good"

The Glen Mhor did not meet expectations. Was excited to book 2 nights months in advance. The “deluxe king with a river view” was nothing like the photos and description. It had a freestanding bathtub beside the bed. The separate tiny makeshift shower in the opposite corner took much maneuvering to use. The restaurant wait staff were poorly trained, scowling and clattering dishes throughout dinner then breakfast the following day (we skipped the included breakfast on day 2). Food was mediocre although admittedly edible. A surprising £12 per day parking fee was imposed for their private onsite lot. When expressing concern and disappointment (twice) to front desk staff we were met with little more than a shrug and agreement that perhaps we weren’t given the best room. A disheartening choice for a much anticipated visit to Inverness to say the least.

Great stay! Easy to find - easy to park - beautiful facilities, great dinner at restaurant! Only negative was that breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic due to a large tour group.

This is a fantastic place for a stay. Rooms were amazing. Ours had an additional bedroom so lots of space. Our friends also live their room and giant bathroom with a tub and a shower. The brewery and distillery are top notch. There was live entertainment as well. Breakfast was amazing to say the least. A favourite for our trip. Cheers!!

Great location and friendly staff. The room was nice and on the ground floor. This was an issue, sadly, as you can hear people in the room above closing doors and walking around. Every time they went to bathroom the boards creaked and we were woken.
