The hotel provided an exceptional experience with its attentive staff, premium alcohol options, and delectable cuisine. Our large family accompanied us on this trip. We made our reservation through Love Holidays for a 2 week vacation. The transfer from Izmir Airport took slightly over 45 minutes. Upon arrival, the check-in process was remarkably efficient and swift. As we went with a large family of 24 the hotels Porters transported our luggage all with us to our rooms using electric buggies, ensuring a seamless transition. Our family room consisted of two bedrooms, two wardrobes which had many hangers a large spacious shower room, tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator stocked daily free of charge with soft drinks and water, and a private swimming pool accessible directly from our room. This private pool came at an additional cost, but it was well worth the investment especially for this kids if they wanted a swim in the evening. Also a plus side Our rooms where sprayed for mosquitos daily. Each evening, we frequented the 24/7 lobby bar. Contrary to some previous reviews, the bar was well-stocked with a variety of TOP premium brands, including Gordon's Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, whiskey, Schweppes mixers, Coke, Fanta, and more. We relaxed at bar before heading to the amphitheatre to enjoy there nightly entertainment which Diamond entertainment put on the shows, very entertaining and are incredible its a must to visit every night. Throughout our stay, we spent our days at the Animation Pool, participating in the daily activities organized by the enthusiastic entertainment manager, Emrah, and his team. Emrah went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and led by example. Every morning, Emrah conducted an invigorating water gym session, which was one hell of a session very experienced he is, he's that experience guests wanted him to do more as I/they found his sessions amazing. His sessions were filled with fun laughter he has an abundance of talent and definitely surpassed our expectations . The hotel boasts four slide pools, a serene quiet pool, a large pool with a bar and a shallow section for children, and an activity pool. All pools utilize saltwater instead of chlorine which is amazing giving the natural ingredients. The pool bars offer an extensive selection of drinks, including the aforementioned premium brands and some impressive cocktails. The Sunset Bar, accessible via a dedicated lift or stairs near the lobby bar, provides the same branded drinks as the other bars, ensuring guests don't miss out on their preferred beverages. While the bar offers stunning views of the sunset, its a must for photos the views are spectacular. The main buffet restaurant exceeded our expectations. In our 11 years of travelling to Turkey, we have never encountered such an extensive salad and dessert section in an all-inclusive ultra hotel. The hot food options were consistently delicious and always served at the ideal temperature. Each night, specialty meat was featured, and the lamb legs beef and chicken were particularly noteworthy for their tenderness and mouthwatering Flavors. Also they has a seafood evening which was mouthwatering for you seafood lovers they had LARGE KING PRAWNS and SUSHI which was divine the spread was mind blowing to be fair if you guys like sushi, large king prawns with all the trimmings this is a must for you. The outdoor snack bar, open from noon to 6 pm, offered a variety of options, including pizza, boneless KFC style chicken absolutely divine, burgers, salads, and more, making it an ideal spot for lunch. Additionally, ice cream, freshly made waffles, and Turkish stuffed flatbread were available throughout the day, also they a have 2 Barista for the coffee lovers. All, the à la carte IT'S A MUST BOOK. The restaurants provided exceptional dining experiences with outstanding food. One evening we booked the Italian restaurant, where the ambiance, food, and service were truly remarkable. If trying there Italian note the steak is mouthwatering and divine the meat is so so tender. The amphitheatre hosted nightly shows, ranging from external acts to performances by the animation team. These shows were preceded by the popular mini disco, which delighted the children, and followed by karaoke, bingo, and other activities in the snack bar area. The hotel also features a disco that operates from midnight to 2am possibly 4 am daily, serving all-inclusive drinks along with there top premium alcohol However, the atmosphere can be somewhat subdued pending on the time of the season. For any concerns or inquiries, Kelly from guest relations was exceptionally helpful and proactive. Even though our vacation went smoothly without any issues, she made a point of checking in on us regularly, demonstrating her commitment to guest satisfaction which in itself is second to none. It's important to note that the hotel is located in a remote area, with the nearest town, Kusadasi being a 20-minute taxi ride away. The taxi fare to Kusadasi is approximately €15. One of the highlights of our stay was the "Oktoberfest" event, which was an extraordinary experience. It featured various acts, rides, a barbecue, and drinks, transforming into a lively garden party that lasted throughout the day and into the early hours of the morning. We were nearly lucky to be able to attend the second Oktoberfest they had planned only the weather got in the way which was a situation beyond there control but it was great to experience the 1st one they put on. Sabai Massage What can we say its a match made in heaven, its a must to try. This hotel Boosts a serious 5 star spa that the service is spectacular from the steam room to sauna Turkish Bath, Deep tissue massage, Hot stone massage to proper facial done by machine that can clear your black heads away leaving you looking fresh and glowing it was that good my wife and in-laws was asked what kind of face peel do they use they told the people about the spa and they went for the facial treatment also. A tip its well worth booking a package deal as you can get it cheaper as they do tend to do it cheaper and look after you as your getting a package would highly recommend giving them a try and see for yourself the results. In conclusion, this hotel offers an exceptional experience with its outstanding staff, premium drinks, delectable cuisine, numerous clean pools, beautiful gardens, a private beach, and warm sea. The staff, particularly Emrah and Pika, made our holiday truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Nice hotel, good location, shops downstairs good too, restaurant Mexican and Italian great but what I wanted most to say, staff there is just amazing all so good working, I won’t remember now all names but so who I remember we all thank to them so much Behıc Necmettin Meryem Hakan and of course to amazing manager who made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable that’s night manager Aziz, thank you all so much for your hard work and make us happy!❤️

we was here for the first time on the 27th September for 7 nights, the temperature was just perfect to enjoy, the location of the hotel was beautiful you have the sea and the mountains as well. Atmosphere it was very nice, with lots of thinks to do, the entertainment it was very good every night( thank you Anna and Barbie for the laugh) petty that you should have more Turkish music and Turkish shows. Rooms very spacious with a nice balcony and clean, but unfortunately you can hear everything from the other rooms. Plenty of food and drinks all day long (it was nice to have more Turkish food, even that i am Romanian i love your culture, food and music). The only inconvenient for a 5 star hotel and is only a minor think but sometimes it makes a huge deafferents it was the glasses for cocktails very basic glass in the reception and restaurant area, and for outside the plastic ones they were to small, you have to go all the time to get a drink if you are beside the pool. they have so many pools that even the hotel was fully booked you didn't fell over crowd, plenty of sunbeds, the kids area with all the slides it was exactly what we need, even the adults enjoyed :) only that for this time of the year the water in the pools was very cold. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, nice manners with knowledge of so many different languages. i highly recommended it the Turkish bath, the guys from the Spa reception they were very helpful and the girls who does the message they are so good. We got lovely memories printed out by Nemo, thank you so much for the photos. Overall we been happy with our choice and definitely we are coming back. Thank you very much for the lovely memories

We had a weeks stay here family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 3. What an amazing hotel, has so much to offer - amazing food, lovely staff, great entertainment each evening, the water park area to suit every age! The kids club where they did face painting one day and my little girl absolutely loved it! The choice of the a la carte meal - we went to the Italian and had the steak … WOW! The daily activities in the main pool I done aqua gym, so much fun! The photographers on site are so good! And really good value for what you get aswell! The beach is absolutely beautiful the softest sand ever! (I was worried about the beach as had read some thing about it being dirty, it was nothing of the kind) The room we had was 604, lovely spacious room with a rap around balcony where you had views of the mountains, the water park and the sea. The only negative thing I have to say about our whole stay is the beds are extremely uncomfortable they feel like you are sleeping on the floor they are that hard which is such a shame and the room we had although beautiful was a connecting room for sure as we could hear every single movement, conversation and tv programme the people were having next door, wasn’t a bother during the day when we popped in to get changed but when it was 1-3am it wasn’t enjoyable. This aside I would definitely revisit this hotel as they say you can’t have everything right!

Rose and all of the staff have been so friendly and helpful, it’s our first time in this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more for families. The entertainment staff are so welcoming and couldn’t do more for you. Thankyou for such a lovely stay!

As returning guests of many times all we can say is absolutely amazing . The welcome we got when we arrived was absolutely warm and emotional ❤️ from the staff who remembered us from our last visit who was duty at the time and this continued throughout our holiday. We can not say a bad word about this place its everything we need from a relaxing no hassle holiday and gets better every time we visit . Everyone goes above and beyond to make your holiday extra special. Kelly and everyone at the hotel works really hard and each and everyone of you should be so proud of making the resort what is 👏👏👏. We love it that much we have booked to go twice again next year and cannot wait to get back to see everyone. OMG where do I start. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean, food always hot and plenty of it. The Waitress and waiters are fantastic, they get to know what drink and when your glass is nearly empty there is another one waiting. In the restaurant always pleasant and polite. Then there is Kelly Guest relations what a lovely person, so helpful nothing was any trouble, everything sorted out there and then. Kelly is a credit to Palmwings. We miss you already Kelly. Our family of 5 adults have just returned from Palm Wings yesterday following a week's holiday to celebrate our Son's 21st Birthday . Day and night we had the best time , Great pools/slides to have fun on or just relax and be entertained, all spotlessly clean , great clean beach area also where you can just relax or hire a jet ski / jet car from the watersports centre there , nice guys to deal with . There's always sunbeds available so no need to reserve them at the crack of dawn . Nice clean towel service as part of the all Inc offering , so leave the big towels at home . All the bars offer a great range of drinks served by staff who are so hard working ,pleasent and attentive , I've received great service on holiday before but all the staff here have got it nailed down and do so with a smile , as a result we quickly felt very welcome and at home here . Nothing is too much trouble for them , we asked for more coat hangers , 20 mins later a knock on the door , we got them !! My Daughters safe couldn't be programmed , she rang reception , 30 mins later it was fixed . Our rooms were lovely with amazing sea views , the kind of rooms that you enjoy spending time in and not just a place to wash and sleep , maid service was everyday and did a great job for us . We were on the 8th floor but plenty of reliable quick lifts meant this wasn't a problem . There's virtually food available 24hrs a day , I've never come across such verity and everything is so fresh , at the start of a service everything in the main restaurant is superbly presented and the fact that this is maintained throughout a busy service is a credit to all the staff . Now regarding the entertainment team .... Wow ! We read on here all the great reviews about the entertainment team so our expectations were high , they exceeded our expectations, they've arranged an entertainment programme that just flows , especially in the evening, great professional shows , in house shows , karaoke, DJ sets in the grounds , we love a bit of audience participation and my wife , Son and myself all ended up on stage at some point ,while the rest of our family and audience were wetting themselves with laughter, great times !! We didnt get round to using the spa facilities so can't comment on those . My daughter had a dodgy stomach the last couple of days of the holiday ,she called into the hotel Doctors to see if she could get something to settle her stomach , unfortunately they couldn't offer her anything and just advised that she went to the hospital, this seemed a little overkill to us so she starved herself for 24hrs ,but it would have been handy if we could have accessed some meds at the hotel . Regarding flying insects , if your eating outside then we found that your food will attract wasps and hornets , there were little trays of what we think is burning coffee granules that can be placed on your table but I'm not sure how affective these are , I didn't see any insect sting anybody but if these kind of insects make you nervous then it's something to bear in mind . All in all , fantastic resort , fantastic hotel , fantastic facilities and fantastic staff , We'll be back .

I had thee most amazing time here, it was friendly, great fun and very very clean! If there was any mess or spills someone was there in seconds to clean it up! I had a Beautiful clean and spacious room on the 12th floor with amazing views over the resort and sea. I was at the resort for my brothers wedding which was absolutely beautiful and stayed for a holiday after, the staff treated me like royalty and could not do enough! I want to say thank you to the bar staff, Hakan, Behia and Meryem and all the other staff who are amazing! Thank you for making my time there incredible, i did not want to leave! I hope to see you all again!
