Stayed here for 2weeks love everything, only downsize is no walk in pool. Maid was brilliant, food good range, staff friendly and helpful. Place lovely and clean. Thanks everyone.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained in the lobby and community areas, very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. They worked tirelessly to make sure your needs were met especially on the bars when it was busy. The pools were busy and you needed to be up very early to get a sun lounger. To improve more sun loungers needed and more chairs in the lobby area as they filled up really quickly. The lifeguards were very vigilant and helpful. My son hurt himself and they were there in a flash to help. Would recommend more non slip around the pool areas to improve as even in flip flops it became very slippy. Restraunt, had a good selection of desserts and fruit/ salad. The breakfast and main meals were okay but were quite bland which is disappointing. The dinner times could also do with been staggered more for timings as it was very busy and if you tried to avoid the 7pm rush the staff were more interested in setting up the tables for breakfast rather than serving (not 5 star when you need to go and set your own table and hunt down a high chair along with getting your own drinks) The rooms were spacious and everything was set up for my little one when we got there which was lovely. The stocked fridge in the room was a lovely bonus. The air-conditioning could be improved as on the hottest days (38deg) the air-conditioning struggled to keep the room at a toleratable temperature- was definitely not cool. The room we stayed in could also do with some cosmetic touch ups around the sealing in the bathroom and the tiles in the bathroom as it looked a little worn - room 3401. We were also not advised when we booked that the family rooms were in a separate block away from the main hotel which was a five minute walk away which meant on an evening getting drinks was difficult with the children to take back to the room. We had a lovely balcony over seeing the pool which was such a beautiful view, however we couldn't make the most of it on an evening or night as we were been bitten by mosquitos despite wearing deet and having citronella candles outside. Overall would say that this is a nice hotel but definitely not a 5 star - more of a 4.

Palm wings Ephesus is an amazing hotel with even better staff. From restaurant to bars and especially entertainment. They have an amazing miniclub with different program every day and also minidisco. It was such a pleasure staying in this hotel, I wish I would come back again one day.

We’ve just returned from a 10-day stay and it couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was memorable. A special mention has to go to Kelly in Guest Relations – she was absolutely fantastic when we experienced an emergency while away. Her support, care, and professionalism made all the difference, and we can’t thank her enough. Also, Hakan at the lobby bar deserves praise for being so attentive and friendly – he always made sure we were well looked after with a smile. The resort itself is excellent: clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with a great beach and plenty of facilities to enjoy. The food and drinks were varied and of good quality, and there was always something to suit everyone. Entertainment was lively without being over the top, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing yet fun. We had a truly enjoyable holiday and left with wonderful memories. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an stress-free, all-inclusive stay in Turkey.

The hotel is excellent. Always kept clean and lovely pool areas. The lobby bar staff are very good constantly clearing empty glasses and are prepared to make any cocktail you request with proper juices, not that syrupy stuff you get at other hotels. A special mention to Hakan who can’t do enough for you. The rooms and views are good the cleaners do a very good job servicing them every day. The one downside I found was the main restaurant. The food was plentiful you can always find something to eat but basics such as tuna are rarely replenished. If you need a bowl or spoon for food you have to go searching for them. Evening meal is supposed to be till 2130. Even turning up at 2030 the staff are looking to clear tables down, not replacing cloths or cutlery. We had an occasion where the BBQ was turned off by 2045! Trying to find a waiter who is prepared to get you a drink is hard work. One warning be wary of other guests who don’t look where they are going and uncontrolled kids.

This was our 4th year in this hotel, and we come for 10 days. The service, the animation team, accommodation, hotel area, food and everything was very good and nice. I would like to thank to Barbie, Dali and Pica from the animation team for fun time, they made our vacation magical ana wonderful, and Emre and Yilmaz from the restaurant for the best service. ❤️ See you next year, hopefully for 14 days.

Italian resturant was great and friendly,suppervisor Mr.Adnan was a cool and responsible server and all the crew was great.visiting this place and Adnan hospitality recumended to all of you.

we were here for one wonderful week in this hotel and everything was great and good we enjoyed a lot. The restaurant and snack bars were great! you could always find loungers on the beach and also near the pools. the rooms are clean and tidy the animation team was great and we would like to ask them to do more parties for adults who have no kids and want to enjoy their night in the disco of the hotel.
