"One of the best in its area"

10.0

It's a great hotel. We have gone to Kusadasi 7 times and 5 out of the seven times our hotel has been this one. The rooms are good with the only problem with ours being the air conditioner. Every thing is close together and with the 2 pools for kids and 5 waterslides, i would diffidently recommend it to any first time, Kusadasi traveler.

"Great time had by all ⭐️"

8.0

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely come back, especially as a family. Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The hotel was very clean throughout, with spotless toilets (a big one for me). The atmosphere was great, and the animation team really stood out—especially Pika and Barbie—who made us feel so welcome. They were brilliant with the kids, and are an absolute asset to this hotel hope they are here if we decide to return next year. Pools & Activities: We spent every day at the activity pool, which was perfect for us as we like to stay busy. The kids loved the slides and had non-stop fun the whole trip. For those looking for peace and quiet, there’s also a 16+ pool. My only suggestion would be to keep the activity pool bar open until 7pm (when the pool closes), as it currently shuts at 5pm. Food & Drinks: The food was generally good. The snack bar offered pizza (cheese & tomato plus a changing topping), burgers, chips, kebabs, salad, etc. From 12–5 there were waffles and ice cream, which the kids really enjoyed. The coffee shop near the snack bar was also a nice option with iced coffees, cappuccinos, and other drinks. Sadly, we didn’t get to try the à la carte restaurants as the only available night clashed with us going out to watch the football. Shops & Extras: One downside is the hotel shop—it’s very overpriced ,deodorant, and floats cost double or triple what you’d pay in town (€6–7 for a small deodorant, €50 for a float I later bought for €20 in town) saving me €60 as I have 2 kids. Definitely bring enough essentials or head outside the resort for better prices. Photo Service: We also tried the hotel photo service, which was a mixed experience. Aidan was friendly, but Nemo was rude and unprofessional. When my daughter hit her head she wasn’t in the mood for photos and we decided to stop, he stormed off and later snapped at my son for sitting on a small wooden chair he had brought as a prop. This really put me off buying photos. To make it worse, they wanted €200 for 15 pictures on a USB, which is far more than I’ve paid at other hotels (€60–70). We ended up just getting 10 printed photos instead, at €8 each, which still felt expensive. Entertainment & Beach: The entertainment every evening was fantastic. A huge thank you again to the animation team for making the nights fun and family-friendly. The fire show was amazing, and we were gutted to miss the white party on our last night—it looked incredible on Instagram. At the beach, Chiko at the water sports stand was brilliant—so friendly and really looked after us. Overall: This is a great hotel for families, with fantastic pools, slides, entertainment, and staff who go the extra mile. Just be aware of the high shop and photo prices, and if you want to try restaurants outside the hotel, many local places will even pick you up and drop you back for free. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

"Reasonable Good Family Holiday"

8.0

This hotel has everything you need for a family getaway that doesn’t punch a hole in your wallet. Pros- Hotel cleanliness was very good, you can see the cleaners throughout the day cleaning all the areas. Rooms were somewhat clean, spacious and towels changed daily. You get beach towel cards on arrival so you don’t need to bring any with you. Food in all areas of the hotel are cooked properly and there’s plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. Games room onsite a bit pricey but still has a pool table and some arcades for the younger kids. The hotel shop has everything you need even basic medication again a bit pricey but three men in the shop spoke good English and were very helpful. Pools are warm and clean, there’s one entertainment pool area with music and games. One large quiet pool and an adult pool. Waterpark with slides and a Splash zone for toddlers. The beach is pure white sand, very clean and the sea is clear and shallow. Lots of Sun loungers on the beach. The hotel staff are very friendly, we never had any issues communicating as they all spoke some English and were very helpful. A few people to mention for going that extra mile are Haken from the lobby bar, he was very welcoming and professional. Most of the bar staff were exceptional. Restaurant staff Berke he looked after us during our stay he was friendly and professional. Mike & Barbie from the diamond entertainment team kept us entertained and we really enjoyed their company. Both guys worked really hard but always had a smile on their faces and were very friendly which made our evenings more enjoyable. The coffee shop outside all the ladies made an awesome cappuccino and were all very nice and friendly. We met a young guy called yekta he was so helpful and worked really hard throughout our stay, he went that extra mile to keep us happy. We was soddened to hear that he had quit his job the day before we was due to leave, not sure why but he was definitely an asset to the palm wings. Cons- The usual Sun bed issue with towels down early. We struggled to find space at all the pool areas luckily we had booked a swim up room but missed out on all the entertainment because we stayed at our room most days. When we arrive our room wasn’t cleaned very well, smear hand prints on the tv’s, toothpaste on the mirrors and the floor was sticky like it hadn’t been wash properly. Most of this was still in our room throughout our stay so cleanliness wasn’t too great. The snack bar food and drink area was always busy lots of queues. Think maybe another area would be beneficial as this is the only snack bar area for all 3 pools and the beach. We struggled to find tables in this area too. Tips; Bring mosquito repellent sprays as this area has lots of them especially in the evenings. Room 2101 and 2102 family swim up are nicely positioned. You will get the Sun from midday until night. Tip the waiters if you can they will look after you for your entire stay. Visit Adaland aqua park it’s a great day out. Family of 4 ticket £130 extra prices for the Dolphin show and swim with Dolphins. Taxi to Adaland 10€ Taxi to Kudasai town 15€ Summary - At great family holiday a few minor issues but wouldn’t prevent us from visiting in the future. I believe this hotel will get bigger and better in the years to come.

"This SO could be a 5 star hotel if you fix the snags!"

8.0

We have just spent a week here, we are a family of 4. Children ages are 15 and 9. Honest Review: On arrival, reception staff were very friendly, checked us in quickly. Luggage bought quickly to our room. Hotel very welcoming and clean. We stayed in room 4102 which has a swim up pool. Our room was a little dated in places. Loose toilet seat, mould in the shower in places. Nothing we couldn’t overlook. Pool area was lovely and clean. Mini fridge in the room which was well stocked. Only one pillow per person and no duvets in room. Just light blankets but in the end we felt this was ok due to the heat, but personal preference. Air con in rooms. Small hair dryer in bathroom and toiletries such as cotton pads, shower gel etc. Plenty of wardrobe space. Rooms could just do with a refresh in places, but overall we were happy with the room. It was spacious enough for 4 of us. Cleaners came in every day to replace towels and toilet roll. Bottled water delivered to the door, as well as a lovely fresh fruit platter. This was a nice touch. The hotel reception, pool areas and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. The one thing that lets this hotel down majorly is its food and main dining area. Although there was a lot of choice, the food was often cold and the service was few and far between. Pastries in the morning were over baked. No butter available for bread without searching for it. The fresh fruit area was by far the best part at breakfast. No coffee or tea served fresh to the table. This has been provided in previous hotels and makes a big difference in a morning, especially when you just want a fresh coffee to start your day. A self-service machine was available for coffee/tea/juice and it wasn’t great. Often coffee came out as hot chocolate. No ice cream available for children’s desserts in the restaurant which was disappointing, most children want ice-cream for dessert. Ice cream only available from the huts and only 4 flavours to choose from. More variety would be better. The desserts were nice but too many cream cakes. A little more variety needed. No hot desserts available. Often tables were not set or slow to be set. No cutlery on tables. Waiters slow on serving you a drink. Soft drinks were served flat. Outdoor seating area was a bit grubby in areas. Tables not wiped and bird droppings on the chairs. This is such a shame because the views from the outside dining area are absolutely stunning. The service needs to be drastically improved in this area. I have experienced better service within dining areas within the Sensatori hotels and Titanic Marden Palace. Unfortunately this area has let the hotel down. The outside seating smoking areas were an issue for us also. There is only a small section for non-smokers to dine and a larger area for the smokers. We chose to sit in the non-smoking area, however guests were still smoking in that area, with staff not being bothered about it. This was really off-putting being a non-smoker when eating. We found no clear signs or staff attentiveness to this anywhere in the hotel. There didn’t seem to be an effective smoking/non smoking policy at all. Guests were even smoking in the amphitheatre at the kids disco with staff not saying anything . Clearer smoking policies are needed in all areas of the hotel. The pool areas are lovely although we couldn’t always get a sun bed in the adult only area so best to try and put a towel down there early. Not as many sun beds there as the main pool. Plenty of sun beds available on the beach though. The water slides were perfect for the children. Bear in mind that they close at 12pm and don’t open again until 2pm. Not a problem for us as gave us chance for lunch but may be to some people who want to use them for longer. Pool sides are a bit slippy and would benefit from some more slip mats around them. A few times I almost slipped and fell. The hidden gem in this hotel is definitely the sunset bar which has both great service and stunning views. Well worth going to that. We ate at the Turkish restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service in there was amazing. Well worth booking. Definitely the two most positive things about our stay. The Salvador coffee bar was very nice and staff were always friendly when serving. Coffee to take away or sit in. The lunch buffet was ok. Had standard food available like pasta, pizza, chips. People smoked wherever they like in the lunch buffet. Can get busy but always managed to find a table. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the woman who was serving on the waffle bar. She was very rude and threw waffles onto plates and shoved them at us several times. In general, a really bad attitude.I did raise a complaint to the hotel about this and received an apology for her behaviour. I heard other guests in the queue complaining about her attitude as well. That was a shame as all the staff were very accommodating. The waffles were very nice though but needed more variety of toppings/flavours. The entertainment at night was great. We particularly enjoyed the acrobatics show and the children’s fair. All the entertainment team were friendly and informed us every night of what was on. The fire show on the beach was great but would recommend getting there early to grab a sun-bed as it does get quite busy. I would highly recommend taking mosquito repellant as myself and my husband were bit lots of times. Lots of mosquitos on the beach and dining area. In conclusion, this hotel has the potential to be a 5 star. Beautiful grounds, views and facilities. Unfortunately the dining area lets it down. If the gripes were sorted out and service improved, it really could reach 5 stars. We would probably return in future.

"5* amazing family holiday!!"

10.0

We just got back from a week away and are booking to go back next year! This hotel was amazing for families, great food, staff so attentive and friendly. We stayed in the main building and hotel so clean and tidy. rooms were cleaned everyday. We went with mixed kids ages 12,10 and 4 year old and all catered for in terms of entertainment. We loved the splash park and slides great for all ages. Adaland water park was so close and great day out! Right on the beach and beach was clean and sandy! Entertainment was amazing best we’ve ever experienced. 5* hotel and loved our visit! can’t stay enough good things about Turkey and the hotel. Kusadasi town is about 25 mins away in taxi but easy to get there and back and town busy with lots of shops and restaurants. Would book and go again!

"Excellent food service"

10.0

I was thoroughly impressed with the table service at the hotel. From the moment I was seated, the staff made me feel welcome and well looked after. The servers were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that everything was perfect. What stood out most was the professionalism combined with genuine warmth; every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The attention to detail, such as remembering preferences and checking in at just the right moments, elevated the entire dining experience Thank you irfan emre The service team worked seamlessly together, creating a smooth, relaxed atmosphere that allowed me to fully enjoy my meal. It’s clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend the dining experience here to anyone who appreciates excellent service paired with fine food. --- Would you like me to make this more formal (like for a business review), or more casual (like for TripAdvisor/Google reviews)?

"Poor service, disappointing greasy food and lack of premium imported drinks"

2.0

I don't quite understand why this resort has such high ratings. The food is awful, its purely quantity over quality with the typical main option being greasy lamb meat (koftas and kebabs). They advertise foreign import drinks but, for example, the only two beers that are available are either Becks (which they never have stocked) or the local Efes beer. I've been careful to eat plain food at the hotel and I've still had diarrhea which tells me the hygiene isnt up to scratch either. When it comes to the facilities its basically a plastic shop front. It looks good on photos but nothing actually works. Half the equipment in the shockingly poor gym don't work. The steam room also doesn't work. The turkish bath smells like a used toilet. The 'sea view' room isnt really a sea view if the room is situated on the side of the building away from the sea with a 1 m x 1 m balcony that just about fits a chair. You can't really speak to anyone about any of the issues because almost none of the staff speak any English. Although the bedrooms are clean and to a decent standard the bedsheet is basically a tablecloth made of sandpaper. I have visited another premium 5 star hotel in Turkey where as an all-inclusive I could get crisps, a selection of ice-creams, a selection of premium import drinks, better entertainment and overall better service (e.g. waiters bringing drinks during evening meal, better food etc.) at a similar cost. Its categorically not a 5 star hotel and I'm convinced the rating was issued (as with many hotels) to boost tourism to the area. Its not worth the amount paid.

"Great hotel and staff. Sad to leave."

10.0

Just got back from a two week trip with my wife and two children (5+Infant). We had a great time so thought I’d write it here. We were with Tui for this trip but didn’t really need them until the end (more later about this). We arrived at a decent time and were shown promptly to our room. When we went in we looked around and wanted to look from the balcony. But there is no light and we were also opposite a building. So not a great view. By the next day this didn’t bother us though. We got into a routine of breakfast, pool, lunch, pool, change, dinner, arcade, show and cards. My 5 year old boy tried the kids club pretty much the first hour, but he wasn’t keen (usually likes going). I’d say it is quite ‘young’ even though it’s aimed at 4-12yo’s. One thing was playing with play dough, so a bit young I’d say. They were absolutely lovely in there though so it’s possibly more personal taste. The pools are brilliant. Plenty of space for lots of loungers (never an issue getting some). Before going, we thought we might go to the local water park, but we really didn’t need to, such was the quality and amount of slides on offer. The bars were never busy and there are many of them. You could get ice cream from some of them and my son made sure he had lots! We only went to the buffet restaurant for our breakfast and evening meal, but I’m sure you can have lunch in there too. For lunch we were at the snack bar with is open 12-5. But proper snacks such as pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken, kebab, salad and fruit right until the end. The buffet restaurant was very good and our waiter Berat was really attentive and bringing us drinks just as we were finishing our first. He was great and always made it a pleasure to go in there. We always sat in his section as a result. The restaurant can be very busy, but we always got seated no problem and the food was great. One thing to note was that they garnish all the food with nuts. I mean, cold chicken; let’s throw some on there. Why? Especially with many people having nut allergies. Surely there is better things to use? My wife has a nut allergy and it wouldn’t be so bad but at times there was no signs telling you what the food was, and certainly if there was nuts in it. We met some other people who were asked at check in if anyone had any allergies. The man did, and was given a translation card to give in the restaurant. I asked if they had a particular dessert without the garnished nuts (we used to eat at 7 when it opened, so you’d think there would be more coming out etc), but no, not possible. The food though was good and plentiful. My son and daughter always found lots to eat also. There felt like there was quite a few wasps and definitely mosquitoes about. But the hotel actively treat for the mosquitoes, you ca. literally see them doing it. The grounds and beach were lovely too. The staff everywhere were so friendly and made a real effort. They were always fussing over our children. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. Less so Tui. We changed to this hotel from a different one about 6 weeks ago due to transfer times and were told by Tui that we were having to go 45 minutes out of our way to pick up at another hotel in a different direction to then go an hour over to the airport. Our hotel is at most 1hr from the airport. When asked about it the Tui rep said, I understand your concern but there is nothing she can do. They are apparently told it’s a chance to upsell a private transfer! Then she asked for a positive review after mentioning this. We found another family and shared the cost (more than a standard taxi fare). Do yourself a favour and go with Jet2 instead, but do go to Palm Wings Ephesus, it’s brilliant.
