Excellent experience, good service. The room was clean and bright with all amenities,breakfast was especially Delicious. Behavour of all staffs were friendly, and nice. Its Quite and calm atmostphere. Clear and effective comunication and taking iniciative.

The Hotel is very old and smelly. The mattresses are very hard been inconvenient to sleep on such a hard and dirty mattresses. The bathroom, very dirty, not clean, not washed

It was a comfortable stay at katriya hotel it’s my 2nd visit had a pleasant stay the food is also good nice location , rooms are cleaned and so good with city view the staff at reception is so helpful specially Mamta, dipali and Junaid. Thank you

Overall Nice experience at Hotel Katriya Hyderabad.The hotel is located centrally.Mr Saroj and Mr Hemant needs special appreciation.They were very kind and helpful all along my stay at the hotel.Food was also good.Overall comfortable.

The Katriya Hotel & Towers venue location is just right for all the family members and friends to attend Dad's 90th Birthday Party. Mr. Shashi and Ms. Pallavi, the Banquet Managers at the hotel were very helpful and they explained in detail about the lunch menu as well the use of clubroom attached to the restaurant. Sashi gave us the chef's recommendation on lunch menu and the buffet items were cooked good and they are tasty as well. Overall, it was nice place to celebrate the birthday with 35 close family members and friends and I would recommend this place for lunch/dinner parties.

Amazing say in katriya hotel and tower. Specially thank you for Mr. Narender Malavath. I had the lunch in Kuchipudi he help with the food . Way of speaking Amazing service. He is a friendly staff.Great staff and good service. Thank you Narender for the beautiful suggestions.
