Katriya Hotel & Towers

Hotel is good and big halls for business meeting .hotel staff was good specially Sai Kiran Reddy we had a great time here . My stay at katriya hotel was fantastic from start to finish . Where as bit disappointed with room cleanliness. Else everything was on point.

Check in was an hour late @ 3 pm as previous guests were given late check out. Extra bed took 3 hours to arrive. Bathroom had leaky fittings. Adequate towels & toiletteries were not provided. Breakfast was ok. Not worth the price. Better options are available at this price range.

WOREST SERVICE ROOMS ARE VERY BAD CONDESION

I had the misfortune of staying at Katriya Towers Hotel and Towers, and I must say, it's a true gem. Who needs basic facilities like hot water, drinking water, or a functioning lift when you can have a hotel that takes your money upfront and delivers nothing? Their hot water facility is a marvel - just keep the tap running for an hour, and voilà! You might get lukewarm water. And don't worry about saving water; they're clearly experts in water conservation. The complimentary water bottles are a generous touch - two whole bottles! And if you dare to ask for more, be prepared for an indefinite wait. I'm convinced they have a secret water-manufacturing facility at the reception, where they mix hydrogen and oxygen to create water on demand. The reception staff is a delight - unprofessional, immature, and sporting blazers that make them look like they're trying too hard. When I asked for hot water, the receptionist laughed and asked if he should come to my room. I'm still trying to comprehend the logic behind that response. In conclusion, if you want to experience the thrill of staying in a hotel that's completely disconnected from reality, look no further than Katriya Towers Hotel and Towers. Just don't forget to bring your sense of humor and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

Everything is fine happy with stay .manager Ramesh friendly helpful.services are improved cleanliness good .food is good.rooms are spacious .all are good and location good.total exp was good and staff was very friendly and welcoming enjoyed

Mamatha Nice to stay here along with family.....peace full place and very calm .... service also very fine ...... receptionist miss mamath helped alot while check out..if we come to City agin definately choose this hotel...... keep it up.

Excellent ambience, very tasty food and they served so many varieties. Service is really good, overall it was a wonderful time we all enjoyed in Katriya Hotel. All the guests really liked the place, food, the polite, professional attitude of the staff. Special thanks to Shashikant sir who helped to plan it much Better way

Best pillows and very good stay comfortable with jhumpa dawood and farooq staff is very good.the quality of the bed is so good.the food was like not that good but I like it. The breakfast is good the "puri's" and "chola" is very good and fluffy. I wish I'would visit again

Very poor maintenance….no house keeping and management just argue with guests. My suite was not ready for guests at all. TV never worked and they couldn’t fix it. The mini fridge never worked. They did house keeping after several requests after I checked-in. The faucets are so worst….tub is very dirty and did not use. Shower heads not working and looks really dirty I won’t prefer this hotel
