Katriya Hotel & Towers

My stay at Katriya Hotel was comfortable. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the staff was polite and helpful. The food was also nice, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It was a good experience and value for money.

I’m extremely disappointed with my current stay at your hotel in Hyderabad. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Room service is very slow—on the first day, nobody even attended my request. Service has been inconsistent and unprofessional. This is unacceptable, especially when I am here with my family. I expect immediate action and a proper resolution.

Pathetic hotel, rooms are bad, nothing is working hair dryer Refridgerator . Hotel staff is clueless and don’t know what they are doing. Both the restaurant serve food which is not even good to eat. Full hotel is under renovation.Don’t eat the buffet breakfast. All the food is bad not upto the basic standards.
