Katriya Hotel & Towers

Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.

The room was really great. The whole experience is definitely worth very penny. It’s budget friendly the staff is helpful and great. Would recommend to all friends and family.

Despite a previous disappointing experience, I decided to give this hotel another chance, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. Upon arrival, there was a long wait at reception with no efficient system in place. I requested to inspect the room before making payment, and it turned out the hot water wasn’t working. It took about an hour to fix the issue. After finally getting to shower, I realized the room didn’t have proper towels — only a small hand towel was provided. Dinner was another letdown. The restaurant was swarming with mosquitoes, and the staff seemed indifferent even after I raised the issue. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in the dining area wasn’t working. At first, I was confused as to why the manager had turned on the fan — then I realized the AC was non-functional. Even after raising these concerns, there was little urgency from the staff, and I found myself still waiting for resolutions. On top of everything, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, making it hard to get anything done. Overall, this stay was once again frustrating and far from the standard one would expect.

This is regarding 5th floor. Conditions of toilets are terrific. Paint is peeled off on some places. Bath water is not good found some mud flowing through tap, not sure when was last tanks cleaned. Sofa conditions were poor. No toilet door mats / Tap water leaking/ muddy smell all over.

Horrible stay

It was an amazinIt was a great experience staying at Katriya Hotel & Towers . It is a budget hotel and for my fellow travelers, I request to take rooms in the newly renovated floor. Not on the old one. That's it. The rooms with wooden floors are great(THE EXECUTIVE ROOMS). The receptionists are friendly and nice, especially Mamta. She is a gem for the hotel. Amazing experience that I will not forget.g

he builder is clearly a visionary — the property is impressively designed and well constructed. However, it suffers greatly from poor maintenance. During the hot season, the air conditioning was non-functional, the lighting was inadequate, and the room service was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, these issues made my stay quite miserable. Such a well-built property deserves far better upkeep and service.

The housekeeping was very good but ..looking at other section I felt very bad because the most of the lift was not working .. the door key was not working all the day ... The food was not good somedays it's very very good.. and the the hotel is not maintaining well
