I expected something else for that price this is not a 4 or 5 hotel they charge me beer, they did not had quality drinks, the phone did not work, no shampoo, i was celebrating my husband birthday, i fold them to put happy birthday, they put anniversary, i try to get any reservations for the restaurant, nothing for the days i missed because of my fight delay, nothing, Rude!!! I try to get Conpesation for a better room because i loss 2 days because of my delay, in a good way nothing, the respond, this is the only thing we have. No good intertaiment, very disappointed. I am person that travel alot , this has been the worst. Definally a 2 1/2 srart

Not what i expected

Our overall stay was good. The hotel and room were clean. The restaurants (only 2 were open) were booked for days ahead. We were staying 4 nights and were only able to make a reservation for the 4th night and we did that the night we arrived. It says you can book ahead on the app before we came, but we tried and that didn't work either. The night life was not great. They had a show every night, but that included kids shows. So if you come without kids and don't want to hear baby shark then you maybe want a different hotel. The food was ok. The buffet had some decent options and they change it daily so that was good. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Hermoso lugar para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones y disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas de la península de Samana. Personas amables, cálidas y muy buenos servicios en todo el resort. Comida variada pero sobre todo el que guste del pescado puede darse cita a Gran Bahía Cayacoa. Mi esposo y yo pasamos unos días inolvidables en este paradisíaco lugar. Gracias a todos en especial a su gerente Danny.

Restaurants are below average the buffet food has to improve the chefs have to eat their food so they know what they offer the customers

Javier is a great person; he is smiley, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make customers happy. The hotel requires lots of upgrading/renovations.

Had a good time with my 4 kids n mom. The rooms were very clean, beautiful views n very quiet. Most of the staff are very nice, some waiters n waitresses didn’t ask if we needed anything but some of them went out of their way to make us feel happy like Deuris and Francisco among a few others because the food isn’t that good n there’s not a variety 3 out my 4 kids got sick, my daughter lost 2 pounds! The entertainment staff treated us like family even make my kids dance, thanx Antony, Jose Daniel, Kati n Sheliana we won’t forget how you made us feel❤️. Also bartenders at the beach n pool were great Yoarlin among others were very attentive n nice to me n all my kids always smiling👍. Had an incident with one of the karts driver Jhon, he gave my daughter his number. And also one of the buffet supervisor Genaro that told me to get up early so there would be orange juice then! But overall it’s a very nice n quiet hotel. Will go back if the food gets better!
