I loved my stay at Bahia Principe Grand Cayacoa. My room View was towards the beach / pool, I didn’t like that I couldn’t hear the sounds of the beach from my room. The food was amazing. I loved the entertainment team, they were very active, Estephanie, is one of the entertainment team members, she was super amazing, always coming up to me and telling me about the activities of the day and seeing if everything was/is okay.

We had a delightful stay! It wasn't perfect by any means, but for the price we couldn't have asked for more. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was perfectly adequate. And if you tip (which you should) the drinks were strong. The views were incredible and the beach was delightful. I can absolutely recommend staying here. For the price it's tough to beat.

The staff were great, very friendly and tried to get everyone involved and having fun. Our group had some structural issues relating to leaks in the ceiling for a few nights and we heard that others had catastrophic floods. We were disappointed that urine leaking from the ceiling was not cleaned up until 12 hours later - this is unclean and should be done ASAP, not deferred to the next morning.

Staff are pleasant.. food was good… rooms are in need of renovations and better AC. But overall beautiful view

unfortunately my wife end i observed a cucaracha waking while we were eating at the restaurant buffet around the table it was very unpleasant
