The food, staff and service was good, except the room service not as expected. Room didn’t get cleaned until end of day. First time it got not fully cleaned and second time it didn’t get cleaned until night time causing us to be delayed for dinner. Not acceptable for the money paid for the stay.

The property is beautiful but most important, the service was really, really good at all areas of the hotel, animation crew was over the top, the shows were good, the food was really good, overall, I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Keep in mind that I was traveling with my parents, 78 and 73, there is lots of stairs at the hotel but all you have to do is call for a golfcart and it will be there in 5 minutes.

The property location is amazing - a must see and experience! Spectacularly beautiful and the "all inclusive" included more than everything we needed for a fantastic stay. My only suggestion for improvement is that we often had cool showers and the a/c stopped working the last night.

The property is in a deplorable state. Mosquitoes everywhere even in the food. There were no drinks or food in good condition. Everything was dirty. There was no staff to make the rooms. We had rented for three nights but we left after the first two nights. I would never go back to this place. I do not recommend it to anybody.
