Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Downtown

Great spot within walking distance of Vanoy Park and a bunch of other good stuff. Love the staff. Brian and April in valet are awesome!

April and Brian with the valet were amazing. Super friendly and helpful and we always got our car quickly once we sent a text. The hotel staff were also great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a very nice location close to everything. The valet I met, heather, Brian, April and Key were all super super kind. My wife booked us a room for a few days just as a kids free getaway. Heather gave us a business card for free golf cart ride (gratuity only workers), the hopper, a Saint Pete downtown map and pamphlet with all the things to do, and a taxi card as well as a 25% off a glass of wine coupon. Gave amazing restaurant and bakery suggestions. They were all great, April, Brian and key and heather all took care of of us very efficiently and professionally, heather made sure we had the option to do the Required vehicle inspection walk around with her and pointed out to us exactly what she was marking down to ensure no disputes or issues, April had great food and things to do recommendations as well! We are so appreciative of your time. Wendy and Danielle helped us with everything to do with the room, late checkout, in hotel restaurant details as well! Great stay! Thanks courtyard for everything, we’ll be back!

Experience was wonderful and the valet fee was totally worth it, great service! Brian was the best and so was Heather, April and Luis! Will definitely be back.

No nos avisaron que las habitaciones se limpiaban dia por medio. Ante nuestra queja fue limpiada. Igualmente por la tarifa pagada se debería brindar el servicio de limpieza todos los dias. Además cuando tomamos la habitación una de las almohadas tenía una mancha de sangre.

Starting off, the ride through downtown was very beautiful. Lots of art, shops, coffee shops , winery’s, bars, restaurants. Everything you could want is just at your fingertips. Lots of cool museums as well! Got to the Hotel, it is Valet only and charged with your room but so worth it. Heather was my valet driver and I would just like to say, WOW. Great customer service, attentive, loads and takes up your luggage. At one point I needed my vehicle and she had gotten pretty busy and she handles it with such grace! She smiles and makes sure she’s attentive with everyone and doesn’t rush you away to get to the next. From start to finish she is focused on you and your experience and then to the next. She offered us a map of downtown, gave museum and food recommendations and explained what else there is to do around. Brian was another Valet during our stay and he is incredible! He brings the energy for sure and he is so willing to help with anything! Great crew. Then Danielle at the front desk was also just an absolutely sweet girl all around and answered any of my questions and had a smile and doesn’t get annoyed with the customers. The Bistro inside had great food for Breakfast and dinner. Met the manager Arlind and he is super polite and walks with a smile wherever he goes. I’m so grateful for this experience and anytime our company’s need employees to be in Pinellas/Hillsborough county(s), we will definitely be booking them here. Aside from the people, the hotel is clean, the rooms are a nice size, and the pool/gym were amazing to have! Thanks Courtyard!

so I would like to give courtyard at Marriott five stars.April was amazing. Awesome.Due to April helping us with all of our luggage speaking to us welcoming us explaining the whole town to us giving us a tour guide book telling us restaurants that were very good and places that we could go tour due to April's professionalism I will give her 100% review and I will be returning to this hotel because of April.. April we wanna thank you so much for everything you did you are so kind and without your help our trip probably wouldn't have been the best but we just wanted to give you a big shout out this company evolution needs to recognize April and her professionalism. She is amazing at what she does

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The front desk workers are polite and accommodating as well as the Valet Workers Bryan and April. Might be the hardest working staff I have encountered. Great people. The elevator and fitness center need updating but overall a good experience.

This hotel has been nothing but amazing. I felt so comfortable leaving my car with April. She helped ease my anxiety with the amount of valuable assets as I’m looking for a new home in St. Pete. Shout out to Brian too! They were patient with the amount of times I needed to get items from my vehicle
