"Lady acts a fool…"

Worst staff experience EVER. My family came out here to help me and my husband move to our new apartment and booked a room for him and my mom through this cheap website because he wanted to be here to help. All the front desk lady had to do was be understanding and human. She turned them away even though they said they would pay in full for a room for the night, started humming over them trying to speak to her, and laughed at them as they walked out being left stranded, and in the most sarcastic tone says “so sorry we can’t help”. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh the words I have for this lady but I hope this review reaches somebody. If you’re trying to run a business and help people out, you should never have people like this working for you. There’s a special spot in hell for people like this. I hope karma bites you back

Stayed for over a week, no housekeeping, when requested, half a room was vacuumed Dog above room ran around all Night, told front desk nothing done Complained about the housekeeping, no apology, Gm rude, staff rude Stay at residence inn where the staff is superior compared to this hotel.

Christie at the front desk was so friendly. Kind and professional. The hotel is at a great location. Close to our favorite restaurant, Marigolds. The room was large and I love having the small kitchen. Nice also to have more than one TV. We will be back.
