The hot tub didn't work

Staff, from front desk attendant to those who prepared & monitored breakfast area were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The hotel was clean, quiet and centrally located. Only disappointment is that the fireplaces were not operable in rooms & we understand there are plans to remove them. My humble voice says reconsider that...those are part of the ambiance for many of us. We were looking forward to turning it on in our suite but couldn't. That's the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars for this review.

Clean hotel with a nice breakfast area. The lady that checked me in was warm, polite and engaging. The other staff at the desk during my weeklong stay seemed disinterested. The room was well appointed, and the location suited my needs very well. The fruit in the lobby is a nice touch. Plenty of food options in the area and stores to buy stuff if you want to cook.

Room stunk, furnishings old & worn, toilet not working properly. TV remote had to be programmed.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Die Poolanlage war zwar klein, aber in Ordnung. Die Größe des Zimmers war gut und das Zimmer war sauber.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt und kaputt. Der Bezug vom Sofa im Wohnzimmer löste sich. Die Schranktür hing schon aus ihrer Schiene raus. Wir waren knapp eine Woche dort und unse Zimmer wurde leider nur einmal refresht! Das Frühstück war sehr monoton und es hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Es sind definitiv keine 3, sondern ein deutscher Stern.

I loved the environment!! It was very clean and the room actually looked like the pictures shown. I will be back to stay again!!
