"NO WORKING TOLIET"

When we entered the room it reeked of curry. I thought it would clear out but it never did. It was saturated in couch and walls. Nauseating. Next toilet won’t flush. We call maintenance and he tries to snake it but says he can’t fix it and leaves us a plunger. Since it was late we decided to ask receptionist in the morning for a new room to use bathroom. She says no and told us to use public bathroom. She said they didn’t want to clean another room. I was flabbergasted. I notified Marriot customer care to refund money for room since we didn’t have a working toilet. They responded with 3000 points. Understand it takes about 25000 for a free night. The hotel is very outdated. Who ever caulked shower should be ashamed. The microwave was greasy. I was told that the hotel will be remodeled soon. I would never stay here again. If you have a problem there is no one to help because they think having a working toliet in room is not a necessity
