"Funds being held hostage"

Hotel Staff was great. Their accounting is not good. The hold on my debit card that was to be released after checkout was never released. My bank says the Residents Inn Ocala still has a hold on the account. When I call the hotel they can't help me!

Workout room was very small. Housekeeping was inconsistent - forgot to leave us any towels one day and did not clean the room at all another day they were supposed to.

Desk staff were professional and helpful. I have issues with the rude housekeeper that didn't clean the room at all. I had to get my towels from the front desk. This policy of cleaning the rooms every 3 days does not work when you are staying there for multiple nights. The room feels gross after a while. She came into the room and did nothing

The pool was nice, the breakfast provided had a lot of choices and the room was good. Needs some updating with a newer and bigger tv.
