This place was terrible from the beginning. Difficult to find. Room was dirty and lighting was either burned out or inadequate. TV could not be seen from the bed. Remote did not work, as well as the thermostat. Bathroom had dirt in the corners of the floor and terribly outdated

While the hotel is dated, the staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. Special shoutout to Rose at the front desk who was a joy to interact with. Her friendly welcome at check in and ebullient personality were just what we needed after a long day of traveling. She is a true asset to the hotel! I didn’t get the name o the gentleman working in the evening at the bistro (from Syracuse), but he was excellent as well. The room itself was a little dated, but clean and comfortable, with the exception of the pillows could stand to be replaced - very soft and lumpy. All in all, a good stopover.

The hotel clerk, Rose was very nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet.

The food choices at the bar were very limited especially with them being out of several things. The bartender was not very friendly. I just simply pointed out what I thought was wrong and he took it like I was blaming it all on him. For the above reasons I decided not to have breakfast at the property. I also noticed a couple of blood stains on the sheet covering the bed. Things like that are unsightly.

We had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard Marriott! From the moment we arrived, Rose at the front desk made us feel right at home. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond—bringing us fresh bedding for the pullout sofa and making sure our rooms were connected just as we requested. Manager Andrew and owner Manny were equally hospitable, checking in to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained fitness room and pool—perfect for a quick workout or some relaxation. If you’re in the area and need a comfortable, affordable place to stay, you can’t beat the value and accommodations here. Highly recommend!
