Pros: quiet room (ours was on the courtyard side), spacious room, comfortable enough beds, mattress's encased, selection of pillows, clean (except for some tub caulking mold), great service, convenient luggage carts, very good restaurant/bar in the lobby, extensive 24 hour convenience store. We did not use the indoor pool/hot tub so cannot comment on that. Cons: dated rooms, poor lighting especially for makeup in the bathroom, could not access channel guide on tv remote, refrigerator not cold
