Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg

The room and bathroom had issues. The drawers would not stay shut. My husband had to put a shim made out of paper to get them to stay shut. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. For breakfast, it took 20 minutes to get my food and I was nearly done eating when they finally delivered my husband’s food. His was warm, mine was cold. This after it took 15 minutes to get our order correct.

Property was nice and quiet, friendly staff and loved the Starbucks coffee was a nice morning pick me up without having to leave the property.

Upon arriving myself and 2 other groups waited 10+ minutes to be checked in as it appeared there was only 1 front desk staff and they were in the back room on break. I called the front desk to try to get someone’s attention and though she was right behind the door, she ignored the call that rang 3 minutes. The knob in room 202 for the shower was stuck up not allowing you to just run the bottom faucet of water, only the shower head. The pool was dirty and a layer of scum could be seen floating on top and had a bunch of sediment on the bottom.

The overall property in the room was very nice and comfortable. My only negative of the property is that the bathroom needed some additional remodeling.

The staff is always so kind and friendly. This is my go to place when traveling for work! The space is always clean and organized

During my stay, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. This was actually my second time staying at this location, and coincidentally, I was placed in the same room on both visits. I did notice a consistent, subtle odor in the room—it had the scent of an older space with limited air circulation, carrying a slightly damp or musty smell, with a faint hint of cigarette smoke. While not overpowering, it was noticeable. That said, the room itself was clean and well-kept. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always responsive whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The amenities, including the pool and workout room, were clean and well-maintained—I truly enjoyed that aspect of my stay.

Very nice king size bed suite. Fast check in. Courtyard about two blocks off the main highway nice location. Rooms were satisfactory clean.

Everything was good! Clean room, comfy bed, quiet. Nice to have a bar on site. Only dissapointment was no coffee in lobby/food area. You ha d to buy from them - Starbucks only, so it is $6 per cup of coffee. So Marriot needs to step up their game there!

This hotel is great! We checked in with Neil, he was so accommodating and nice! He made sure we got a room that was quieter so we could get some much needed sleep! The food at the bistro was delicious. We got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. So fresh! There is a hot tub here so that’s a plus! Bed was comfy and the room was spacious! I woke up and went and got an iced caramel macchiato downstairs from the bistro and it was delicious! Everyone at this hotel is super nice and always smiling! Thanks for a good stay!
