"Location and staff good; room was dated and stained"

We stayed here for one night while attending an event at Messiah college. It was super convenient to go to and from the college. The staff was nice and pleasant. The room itself was what I'm finding out is a typical dated Courtyard room. The room had old furniture and stains on the furniture, carpet and the curtains were torn. Definitely needs a refresh. Note the drive into the hotel is off a main room and at night was super dark. Parking lot was lit fine.

Clean and neat. Upscale atmosphere.

Bathroom vanity top was small, no place to set out toilet supplies. Bathroom needed small stand or table to set personal belongings while in use.

"Convenient, clean, and comfortable"

I spent the night while passing through the area. The hotel was convenient to get to, just off the highway, and easy to find. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was far enough from the highway that I didn't hear any highway noise from my room. Not much in the immediate area for restaurants, but there are a bunch of places a short drive away. I never visited the pool, but I checked out the breakfast. It was pretty standard. The staff were friendly.

"At least they have the Maintenance guy James!"

I stay at this hotel often and although the staff aren’t the best and the front desk is not always occupied, the maintenance is the only thing that seems to have improved. And continues, which is why I stay here! James head of maintenance, has really brought value to this hotel! The rooms are provided to you without things in the rooms that are needed or drains still have hair from the last people that stayed there, you get one towel when you check in, and what happened to the food?
