One staff member I believe her name was Daisy was very professional and attempted to be as helpful as possible. The location of the hotel was convenient. The parking was adequate and convenient as well.

Traveling with parent for a family member's memorial service and a high school graduation. As I mentioned, one staff member I believe her name was Daisy was very professional and attempted to be as helpful as possible. There was also another staff member who checked me out, his name escapes me. Keonte or Kentay, I am not sure. However, he did check me out and was very rude when I mentioned that the room I paid for on the Marriott site was not the room that I received and it was acknowledged at check-in. The front desk told me to come down and they would see what they could do. I told them I had work meetings back to back and the events I came for and I would come down when possible which was at the end of my 2 night stay. We left the evening before we were scheduled to check out. Essentially this staff member told me they don't have anything to do with what is on the site or the price I am charged for different room types. They have what they have and that's it. Very rude. I definitely wouldn't stay there again with his approach to customer communication and service. The final items to note are the breakfast, it was disappointing and overcooked. We were hoping for a better breakfast experience, perhaps more of a continental breakfast, given cost. Consider having a non-dairy creamer option. My mother is lactose intolerant and she was not able to have any coffee with creamer so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast. The linen on the bed did not look fresh and clean. The bed did not sleep well. The towels were hard. The table in my room by the couch did not appear to be clean. The view was less the great so I kept the window closed. The wifi was "OK".

Stayed here for 1 night while on a road trip and enjoyed the stay. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. I do not think the building is new, but the hotel and furnishings are well maintained. It is in an area easily walkable to many other seemingly good hotel and restaurant options.

I have stayed the before and everything is a reasonable distance.

Thre say ther was dog shit left in the toom and there wants i check that room before I left two different times

I wish the bistro would close at 10:30
