"A Reservation does NOT guarantee a room"

Had a confirmed reservation for a suite. Drove a couple of hours with children who were excited to stay in a suite and enjoy tge indoor pool. Arrived early and was told tge manager, Rondell, had given our reservation to someone else. Was told a reservation does not guarantee you a room! Hilton - you can do better than this!!!Rondell avoided us. They did offer us a room at a sister hotel several miles away but no indoor pool. Had to call corporate to get a room in the location where our reservation was but NOT a suite because Rondell gave them away. What a disappointment snd horrible service by the general manager- Rondell. Avoid this location because a reservation doesn’t guarantee you a room( according to Rondell)

The room was clean…my biggest complaint is that when we went to eat breakfast there was no timely service to take our order. We went to Cracker Barrel instead.

I choose this property because it had an indoor pool… it was New Years Eve, I had my two grandchildren with me age 8 & 5. After I checked in they informed me the pool was not working… we went to our room ordered food and watched TV… then about 10pm all of a sudden there was loud music… we were on second floor… directly below us was some kind of hall as to which there was a New Year party… needless to say we ended up leaving about 12:30am…
