Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI

stole my luggage and the front desk staff doesnot care at all....no cameras most of the area....if you will be murdered here....nobody knows....dont risk your life and belongings on this hotel....concern is not on their list

Have stayed many times at this hotel. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Great bar and restaurant service. Also airport shuttle very fast.

I was disappointed with the hygiene standards. The room was quite dusty and the carpet was stained and dirty. I expected much better for the price. Guest services staff unprofessional.

The quiet and clean location was nice.

The pool was not in use and the breakfast that was supposed to be hot was cold.

The property advertises jacuzzi, even in the pictures of the hotel, but there’s no jacuzzi And my room had “breakfast included” but after we were done eating breakfast they told me breakfast wasn’t included and I had to pay for it

I booked a full week at the Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport and ended up canceling my entire reservation after day one because of the shockingly poor customer service from the front desk manager. I travel constantly for work, stay at hotels all over the country, and I can honestly say I have never been treated as poorly as I was here on 4- From the moment I had to deal with the front desk manager, the tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to solve a basic customer issue, they acted as if I was an inconvenience for even asking questions. There was no attempt at empathy, no effort to help, and zero sense that my business mattered. For a major airport hotel that markets itself to business travelers, this level of attitude and disrespect is inexcusable.[visitmaryland +1] The experience was so bad that I refused to spend another night there, canceled the rest of my week-long stay, and made other arrangements at my own expense. That’s how unacceptable the service was. I don’t say this lightly: if you value being treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend looking at other hotels near BWI instead.[tripadvisor +1] 1 star, only because zero stars isn’t an option.
