Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI

I stayed 3 nights here. I asked them to come in and bring towels and freshen up and they did not do it. The room service was not professional. My room service bill was $95.00 very high for 3 deserts and 3 drinks and our drinks were not even cold and the ice was melted.

It was quite and the staff was wonderful. Ordered room service and the food was also good and hot when received.

The hotel is having issues It appears as thought they will NOT spend money on upkeep Fitted sheet had a hole Flat sheet had 3 holes Flat sheet was frayed at top of sheet Cheap thermal thin quilt had a 5 inch oval brown stain Bath towel had a hole Left elevator broke down 4 times during stay Right elevator Floor 3 button requires 8 or more pushes to work (floor with laundry) Noticed that Elevator Inspection Certificates had expired 2 months ago 3rd floor stairwell had 3 bags of trash in it for over 7 days After 10 days, took all my belongings with me for a day and removed Do Not Disturb sign to get room cleaned. Came back to bed NOT changed, only re-made Wardrobe door open Both refrigerator cabinet doors open Bathroom light ON No facecloths Missing a hand towel Asked maids doing other rooms for 2 days for replacements They had NONE Towel lint on floor from bathroom to doorway Dirt on bathroom floor Poorly repaired ceiling with mismatched paint Poorly repaired wall with 10 sagging lines from loose fill not smoothed Crown molding seam not filled After discussing the items with at least 4 employees, they all said that the hotel is frustrating to work for with no support

Neat clean free shuttle breakfast with choices swimming pool was closed for ten days

We had to remind the receptionist everyday that our booking is with breakfast included but they were giving hard time every day!

I have no other complaints about this hotel except the manager never allowed the customers to check in before 3pm or ask for late check out, no matter what Marriott membership the customers have. It’s so annoying considering that Marriott promises certain level members have 4pm late check out guaranteed. I had to pay certain money to get late check out even with titanium membership. Also, this late check out had to be requested with the manager at the scene. I have to go there again soon, and hope this situation can be improved.

A terrible choice for a stay. Despite a nice lobby and bar, everything else can be rated at 0.5 stars only. It takes over an hour to have your meal ready, the staff is stressed and shorthanded, your drink arriving to the table is half spilled. One of the receptionist ladies with big glasses on has no clue how to do her job. She just stands there like a decor and cannot even provide a breakfast voucher. Rooms are rundown and feel dirty. The heat wasn’t working in one of the rooms, and I had a big spill from a red wine right next to my bed. I don’t know how anyone can stay here!
