Rooms slightly dated

Very run down property and not well kept. The hot tub was broken. The pool had hairs, sand and over all looked really dirty and dark pool water. Really grossed me out. Stayed in the club room and the bathrooms and beds were extremely outdated and obviously lead to looking really run down.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and I appreciated having access to the Club room for breakfast, beverages, and snacks. It was quiet, with little movement and chaos. Check-in was easy. I will stay again.

The service from employees is excellent. The biggest downfall of the hotel is the thin walls between rooms. I could hear conversations clearly in both neighboring rooms through the walls. People who walked down the hall sounded like they were in my room. Also had no hand wash in the bathroom and the iron was missing. Aside from that, the beds and pillows are comfy.

The hotel was very nice, Shireen the front desk clerk was great. Would absolutely stay again
