The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa

the beautiful historical part and the pool. the staff was exceptional. Trey worked hard to get is in s handicap room even though we had booked through a third party AND it was fourth of July weekend he made it possible. Also, Olga at the the wr cf r all anymore and it was very much appreciated. I lost the paper where I had written down his name, but the young man from Barcelona at the front desk was also very sweet and helping me with several things. I was having issues one morning trying to get points for my stay.

TOO MUCH WALKING for someone with a disability. our room was over in another tower. it was very difficult on two of us. Getting to the pool was a major ordeal. it was a maze. It was a very nice pool though once we finally found it.

Booking said room with city view, False …overcharge on my credit card by the Battle House and my room was a half mile from the elevator

There was a weird spot of discoloring on our ceiling. We alerted the front desk mainly for information as our concern was possible mold. The manager who was sent was friendly but there wasnt any resolution. Other than that the rest of the staff was very helpful and pleasant to interact with!

staff has been amazing I was very stressed traveling with 2 12 week old puppies but everyone from check in to bar staff, in room dining staff and housekeeping have been awesome and showed so much love to the pups def pet friendly hotel and they mean it will stay again!

Really beautiful old hotel. We stayed in a more modern wing and it was fine. There is a good roof pool but it was a trek away from our room. We ate in the very nice bar and the food was good. Helpful staff.

Check in was fantastic. Valet and the front desk were amazing. Austin from valet was very throughout and explained everything in detail to us. I am a senior manager over front services at a 4 diamond resort on the gulf coast, and I would love to steal him! He was spectacular. The gentleman that checked us in (sorry I didnt get his name) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful... and the A/C was amazing! My only issue was the conflicting information about room service dining. The website, past reviews, and employees stated there was 24/7 room service. That is not the case. Our family and friends wanted to order room service after a local concert, but we were told the kitchen was closed. Our only issue was that it was too late to order food from the local restaurants. We dont mind paying a premium for convenience. However we do mind not having any food options because of conflicting information.

Chrissy at the front desk was excellent and also Olga in the restaurant. Love hotel with old world charm and ambience. I will go back . Highly recommended for any one Also the city of Mobile is clean and walkable overall with great people and charming restaurants. R Kowalski
