Per my reservation and stay at TownePlace suites Thousand Oaks. The hotel service is Amazing . Christina at the front desk brings great customer service like no other the Breakfast and housekeeping is immaculate. Everybody here at the hotel is so friendly. I would definitely stay here again. There is food locations walking distance from the hotel, the gym is also good to use while staying .

I have been staying at this hotel for few months, the staff is very friendly and accommodating from front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. They always honor me an early check in with the room I like, the housekeeping do a fantastic job with cleaning, the breakfast team knows which food I like they prepare for for me without asking, although sometimes they don’t have it in the menu. I am very excited about their new hotel opening next door. Thank you Towneplace team to make my travel easy.
