The general manager RATEB was incredibly accommodating. Everything at the hotel was pristine. I was given royalty service and accommodations were incredible. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. And the breakfast was amazing and also the coffee was quite good

Hotel is old, and tired. This hotel doesn't even have a real lobby.

Christina was very helpful at the front desk Fernando was very accommodating he gave me great directions and Help me find everything I needed to find. She gave me a brand new, clean towels and sheets and very fluffy pillows. The general manager returned was awesome.

They charged $100 for a pet when most places charge $50. Also they charged $10 a night for parking and we were told that ahead of time.

The room was clean and the in-room kitchen was very well-equipped with full sized appliances, dishes, utensils, and even a small sponge and bottle of dishwashing liquid. They thought of everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were even able to grill steaks and corn on the outdoor grill by the pool.

The employees in this hotel were the best we have ever seen, very polite and caring. The hotel itself is not fancy, but very clean with and customer service is a truth at you would definitely stay here again. The break gas is great and you see they have alternative options every day. There are restaurants in the same plaza and have variety of food option for dinner and lunch. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend this to all our friends and families.

Our stay was excellent in every aspect. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean und newly painted, as were all other areas of the hotel that we used. Breakfast was very good quality and constantly refilled. Very good location with restaurants in walking distance and very nice pool and whirlpool. We travel a lot and this is one of the very few locations where the chairlift for pool and whirlpool are very well maintained and working well. Thanks to Eduardo for being always available to instal the battery. The manager and each and everyone of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and competent and this created a very pleasant atmosphere for our stay.

Excellent conditions

Good location and in a quiet area. It was nice to have a kitchen which allowed us to save money by making our own food while we were staying in the area.

The stovetop was not level, so when we attempted to make eggs, they would all pool into one area of the pan. The hallways were also pretty narrow, so when housekeeping had their carts in the hall, you had to maneuver around them.
