Rosie was the best there was for service. Helped me when I didn't ask for help. A very helpful employee and kind. Gave me great recommendations for the buffet and the buffet itself was amazing 👏🏽

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was definitely an A +, especially with the waffle makers - a great touch! We also really enjoyed the fresh popcorn in the evenings, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well managed. We would absolutely recommend it to our friends and family, and we look forward staying here again.

Our family stayed at TownePlace Suites Thousand Oaks while attending an anniversary celebration nearby and we were genuinely impressed! The location was convenient to everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room. From the moment we entered the suite, it was clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. The room was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was immaculate. Even the kitchenette, which can often be overlooked in extended-stay hotels, was in pristine condition. Traveling with family, especially children, cleanliness is incredibly important to us, and this hotel delivered on that front 100%.

The mattress and pillows are so comfortable that I always have a good sleep any time of the day. I never felt any neck or back pain. The free breakfast tastes really good and you know if your stomach is happy when it's full up. The staff and their manager are professional, friendly and accommodating l. The area is safe, secured and clean. It's a very decent place to stay if you are visiting or here for work.

From check-in to checkout, our stay was fantastic! The check-in process was quick and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—it wasn’t just a typical continental spread. They offered a wide variety including breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal. My whole family loved it! Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and throughout our stay, the staff treated us with genuine kindness. Anytime we needed something, they were happy to accommodate. We truly felt taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay was great, and the customer service we received is what really made it that way. Leo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, was welcoming when we checked in and accommodating with any questions we had. All the staff we came into contact with was friendly and helpful, from maintenance staff to housekeeping to front desk. We brought our dog on this trip and staff ensured we had what we needed and knew where spaces were for our dog to go out. We’d come back solely for the service we received.
