We enjoyed our stay very clean rooms and property was nice.

I have been traveling to TO for many years and TownePlace Suits has been my favorite hotel so far specially this hotel, The GM is a great gentleman. I usually see him at breakfast. Andrew is also a very charming person. The hotel is very clean and all other staff are very nice and friendly.

Room was fine. We got there a bit later for breakfast, and food was not well stocked at that point. But our stay was overall fin

Convenient and comfortable

I can’t appreciate enough of all the employees who always go out of their way to make my stays feel like I’m home. The breakfast is very delicious and housekeeping team is very nice. I am very excited about their new hotel building next door.

Fernando was very nice at the front desk. He offered restaurant suggestions And even directions.

Greatest server was Rosie. She tells jokes and serves great drinks! We came here as a family and felt right at home. Good pool too. We will come back.

We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at TowneSuite Thousand Oaks. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fully stocked with an excellent service. If you like to travel between LA and Santa Barbara, this is the best location.
