The staff here is great ..very friendly and helpful..every time we stay here ..love coming here ..I'm from Dallas Texas..

This property is older and it shows. The room was clean and the bed is the Marriott Hotel supreme! The furniture is old and the front desk is very small and tucked away. All in all, a solid 3 star hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Check in was quick and easy. Fernando was really informative about the hotel and its surroundings. Free breakfast was a plus in the morning with a lot of different choices.(breakfast guys was great as well)

We had a very pleasant experience at TownePlace Suites Thousand Oaks. The barbecue by the pool was excellent, and we truly enjoyed spending quality time there with the family. In the evenings, the warm popcorn was a delicious treat that everyone looked forward to. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. At check-in, the General manager kindly offered snacks to our kids, which we truly appreciated. What really stood out was how the staff remembered our names and greeted us warmly every time they saw us. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus — it's within walking distance to several restaurants and a Kohl’s store, making it very convenient. We highly recommend TownePlace Suites Thousand Oaks and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a fantastic location and offers a full kitchen suite, which was a great convenience. The hot buffet breakfast was another big plus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is extremely attentive. Overall, a very well-managed hotel. We’ll definitely be back for Thanksgiving!

I’ve stayed at TownePlace Suites Thousand Oaks many times, and it continues to impress me. First and foremost, the General Manager, Rateb, is exceptional. I’ve never seen a GM so dedicated, he’s often on site as early as 5 a.m, personally walking the property. At first, I thought he lived at the hotel! But I later learned he doesn’t he simply takes immense pride in his work. His presence is always professional and memorable. The way he dresses reminds me of a classic gentleman from the old movies always sharp, stylish, and poised. His eloquent way of speaking, paired with a beautiful accent, reflects both intelligence and confidence. Above all, you can tell he genuinely cares about every guest. I’ve also had the pleasure of interacting with many of the team members, and they’ve consistently been courteous, helpful, and kind. While the hotel is due for renovations soon—which is exciting—it is already in good shape. More importantly, it’s always neat and impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel to all my colleagues and anyone visiting the area.

The rooms/suites were in awesome condition. The kitchen came with everything we needed. Those items it did not have in the kitchen were easily sogned for at the main office. Every encounter with the front office staff, no matter who it was, was a tremendous help. They were professional and very friendly.
